What is Online Trainers?
Online Trainers is an e-learning platform used to facilitate the learning of a foreign language. There are six languages available(English, French, German, Dutch, Italian and Spanish), as well as over ten interface languages. Online Trainers will help you learn a language based on topics you are interested in using grammar, comprehension, vocabulary tools and current events in an enjoyable way.
How does Online Trainers work?
Online Trainers offers an unlimited subscription of e-lessons for the period purchased. Since our training is online based, you do not have to download any programs. The course will adapt to your level, and in additional there are many tools to assist you in your training. What is the training method?
Our method is a personalized e-learning program which will continually motivate you thanls to the variety of our different exercises. Our diverse tools can help you to retain new information and stimulate continual progress in all facets of the language.
How is the Online Trainers program different from traditional forms of teaching?
Online Trainers is not only a language training program, but one that adapts to your level and your progress. We offer you lessons, which are updated every day. In addition, we offer you comprehension and vocabulary exercises. Online Trainers is a valuable asset towards career progression and will also help to broaden your horizons. Furthermore, Online Trainers teaches you the fundamentals of grammar, together with important cultural nuances.
What languages can I learn with Online Trainers?
We offer a choice between six languages (English, Spanish, Italian, French, German and Dutch). We also offer over 10 interface languages. You can choose several languages and for each one you will receive an account.
Is e-learning adapted to all levels?
Concerning the CEFR, we have chosen to work with the following levels for our program: beginner, elementary (A1-A2), intermediate (B1-B2) and advanced (C1-C2). These can be adapted to your profile and interests. The program continues to adapt to your progression throughout your training.
Can I obtain a certificate for my training?
At the end of your subscription, you will get the possibility to print your certificate of achievement.
Is the certificate equivalent to TOEFL/TOIC?
Our program can help you prepare for these exams, because you progress a lot in grammar, vocabulary and comprehension. However Online Trainers is not a substitute for TOEFL or other language exams.
What is the cost of the program?
The price varries according to different durations of the program. Please visit our "Purchase" page for prices for each course and duration.
Are there any hidden costs?
The price of your unlimited subscription is valid for the duration you chose. There are no supplementary costs besides those of your internet provider.
Is the program suited for children?
We recommend a minimum age of 16 years old to use the Online Trainers program.

What languages can I learn with Online Trainers?
We offer a choice between six languages (English, Spanish, Italian, French, German and Dutch), in over 10 interface languages. You can choose several languages and for each one you will receive an account.
What interface languages are available?
We offer the following interface languages: French, English, Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese (Traditional & Simplified), Korean, Japanese, and Turkish.
What is the cost of the program?
The price of the subscription includes unlimited access for the duration for which you bought the product. There will be no additional costs besides those of your internet provider.
Are there any hidden costs?
The price of your unlimited subscription is valid for the duration you chose. There are no supplementary costs besides those of your internet provider.
May I test the program before I buy it?
We do not offer a trial period, but you may visit our Online Trainers page to better understand our products.
Is there a teacher?
Online Trainers is a user-led E-learning platform. The learner studies independently supported by our online training program and all of the tools are developed to guide you through your lessons. Throughout the program, you will be able to track your progress.
When may I begin my training?
Your program begins immediately once you buy the product from our site. If you buy it from one of our partner sites, the start of the program will be determined by the purchase conditions of the partner.
How long does the subscription last?
The length of the course depends on your individual subscription and will end automatically. You will get unlimited access to the same course regardless of the duration you have chosen. You can find the durations of our programs on our website.
How can I find out my current level?
A placement test is the first step in your training. Using grammar and vocabulary questions and an audio segment, the placement test allows you to evaluate your level in your desired language. In addition, this placement test customizes all of the lessons and exercises to your individual level.
Is there a difference between the content in the 3-month versus the 12-month offer, for example?
You have unlimited access to the program and all of its tools, no matter which option you choose. The content is personalized to your level, so we recommend that you choose a duration that fits your needs, and with which you believe you will see the most progress. Will I receive a certificate for completing the program?
At the end of your subscription, you will receive the option to print your certificate of achievement.
Can I stop and restart my training (for example, while on vacation)?
You may stop your program if you would like, meaning you will not connect to Online Trainers during a certain amount of time. That being said, your subscription will not stop throughout this lapse of time.
Can I learn two languages with one account?
Each program is adapted to your language level, therefore it is only possible to learn one language per subscription. Fortunately, it is possible to have multiple subscriptions for Online Trainers.
Can I share my account with another person ?
Your account is personalized according to your individual results on the initial placement test, and your program continually adapts to your progress. For this reason, we recommend you to purchase multiple subscriptions. If you know others who would like to learn a language with Online Trainers, don’t hesitate to contact us for our special offers.
Is the certificate equivalent to TOEFL/TOIC?
Our program can help you prepare for these exams, because you progress a lot in grammar, vocabulary and comprehension. However Online Trainers is not a substitute for TOEFL or other language exams.
Can I buy two courses? English and Spanish for example?
Yes. If so, you will receive two separate programs (one for each language), each adapted to your level and interests.
Is the program suited for children?
We recommend a minimum age of 16 years old to use the Online Trainers program.

What are the technical prerequisites for the program?
You will need a computer with an Internet connection. The computer must have the version 11.4 of Flash Player, which is available to download here for free: "Click here". In order to take advantage of all of the program's tools, we recommend that you also have access to a headset and a microphone.
Do I need to download a programme to use the course?
Since our training is online based you do not have to download any program.
Can I use this program anytime, anywhere?
As long as you have Internet access, you can access our platform with your username and password whenever and wherever you like. Note that you will need to have Flash Player version 11.4 installed in order to access some of the content. You can download Flash Player 11.4 : "Click here"
Can I use this program in 'offline-mode'?
You must have access to the internet to use Online Trainers.
Is this program compatible with a Mac?
Yes.
Is this program compatible with my iPad?
The iPad does not support FlashPlayer, therefore some of the Flash content of the program (such as videos) will not be available.

When can I start my training?
If you buy a subscription on our site, your training will start immediately after we receive your payment. If you buy the subscription using one of our partner sites, please read the terms and conditions on the partner’s website.
I am a beginner. How do I begin the training?
Make sure that your program is in fact at the level of 'beginner'. If it is, please try the following before continuing your lessons:
Practice your vocabulary in a simple way while using the vocabulary cards. You can find these in the topic ‘Practice’ in the section ‘Vocabulary’.
In addition the toolbar allows you to search for unknown words in the dictionary, translate words and do grammar lessons. Use the tools to integrate your own texts into the exercises. Please do not hesitate to look at the demonstration tool in the section exercises indicated by the '?' button at the top right of the page in order to learn about all of the functions of the program.
I interrupted my audit. Can I retake it?
If you believe that you need to retake your linguistic audit, please contact us.
I would like to redo a lesson/exercise.
By clicking on the bottom of Today’s Lesson you will find a list of your ‘e-lessons’, you will be able to repeat any lesson or exercise in order to better retain the course material. To do this, click on a lesson you wish to repeat, and you will see a button entitled "Redo this exercise."
How can I renew my account subscription to continue using the program?
In order to continue your program, you can renew your subscription. However, the renewal is not automatic so please do not hesitate to contact us if you wish to renew!
How many hours do I have to invest in this program to obtain results?
You can choose how many hours you want to invest, but we recommend that you use the program at least 2.5 hours/week in order to see noticeable progress.
How do I manage the subjects I read about in the daily newspaper?
The subjects of the newspaper change each day. You may choose the subjects of the newspaper based on your interests by clicking on the theme you are interested in.
How do I save a session before I quit?
The sessions are saved automatically. There is no need to log out.
Will I receive a certificate for completing the program?
At the end of your subscription, you will get the possibility to print your certificate of achievement.
Does my subscription continue while I am not connected (for example, while on vacation)?
You may stop your program if you would like, meaning you will not connect to Online Trainers during a certain amount of time. That being said, your subscription will not stop throughout this lapse of time.

My Account
I am a beginner and the program is too difficult.

Can I change the interface language of my program?
The interface language is automatically determined by the country from which you bought the program. Please contact us to change it. Please note that some instructions will be given in the language you are learning to create a sense of immersion in order for you to make more rapid progress. We also recommend you to use the dictionary as much as possible in order to help you build a basic vocabulary.
Why are all the instructions in the language I am supposed to be learning?
In order to provide you with a more complete immersion in the language, your instructions are provided in the language you wish to learn. This is done in order to allow you to see progress more quickly. We recommend that you use the dictionary tools as often as possible in order to build a basic vocabulary in the language.
I need to change the level of my program.
To change your level, please contact us at: contact@online-trainers.com However, please bear in mind, that your history will be deleted.
Can I Change my password?

The promotion code cannot be validated before the end of the promotion. Therefore, please wait until the promotion is over to try to validate your code. With this information, we will be able to resolve your issues more easily and effectively .

I purchased an offer of two languages from a partner of Online Trainers. How do I validate the second language?
Please Click here and click on the country in which you bought your code. Enter your e-mail address and the second code by adding xxxxxxx/SPECIAL in order to validate your second language. You can, of course, use the same e-mail address to validate the second language that you would like to learn.
