Can I change my language of study?

Can I change the interface language of my program?
The interface language is automatically determined by the country from which you bought the program. Please contact us below to change it.
Can I learn two languages with one account?
Each program is adapted to your language level, therefore it is only possible to learn one language per subscription. Fortunately, it is possible to have multiple subscriptions.
How can I find out my current level?
A placement test is the first step in your training. The placement test takes only around 30 minutes to complete and your training is available immediately afterwards. Using grammar and vocabulary questions and an audio segment, the placement test allows you to evaluate your level in your desired language. In addition, this placement test customized all of the lessons and exercises to your individual level.
What languages can I learn with this program?
We offer a choice of 5 languages (English, Spanish, French, German, and Dutch) as well as over 10 interface languages. You can choose several languages and for each one you will receive a separate account. The currently available as interface languages include: English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch, Portuguese, Russian, Mandarin Chinese (Traditional & Simplified), Korean, Japanese, and Turkish
Will I receive a certificate for completing the program?
At the end of your subscription, you will automatically be sent your certificate by e-mail.

Your account is personalized according to your individual results on the placement test and your program continually adapts to your progress. How can I renew my account subscription to continue using the program?
In order to continue your program, you can renew your subscription. However, the renewal is not automatic so please do not hesitate to contact us if you wish to renew!
I am a beginner. How do I begin the training?
If you do not know any of the language that you are trying to learn, our platform has a higher learning curve. It can be done but it is difficult. Make sure that your program is also in fact at the level of 'beginner'. If it is, please try the following before continuing your lessons: first, practice your vocabulary and second, use the help tools on the side of the screen.
Practice your vocabulary in a simple way while using the vocabulary cards. You can find these in the topic 'Practice' in the section 'Vocabulary'.
Discover the toolbar that allows you to search for unknown words in the dictionary, translate words and do grammar lessons. Use the tools to integrate your own texts into the exercises.

When can I start my training?
If you buy a subscription on our site, your training will start immediately after we receive your payment. If you buy the subscription using one of our partner sites, please read the terms and conditions on the partner's website.
Your account can be accessed on any device that supports Flashplayer. All course material is automatically saved online and can be accessed from any of these devices.
Can I buy two courses? English and Spanish for example?
Yes. If so, you will receive two separate programs (one for each language), each adapted to your level and interests.
Can I use this program anytime, anywhere?

On tablets and smartphones, conventional browsers (Safari, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox) do not allow access content that requires Flash Player (mainly sounds and animations). To enjoy all the multimedia content, use a browser with built in Flash. For tablets and smartphones, the classic browsers (Safari, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox) do not have a way of using or reading Flash Player. Flash Player is necessary to use our site (principally for sounds and animations). To take advantage of all of our content, use a browser with built in Flash. There are several available to you and they cost only a few dollars: Puffin, Photon, Skyfire, iSwift, cloud browser, etc. Please note: You can listen to sounds and see animations however, to record audio for speaking exercises is not yet possible. Am I able to redo a lesson?
By clicking on the bottom of Today's Lesson you will find a list of your e-lessons, you will be able to repeat any lesson or exercise. To do this, click on a lesson you wish to repeat, and you will see a button entitled "Redo this exercise."
Are my answers in the lessons corrected?
The program automatically corrects your answers and provides you with a grade at the end of each exercise.
Are there oral expression exercises?
In the Practice section you will find vocabulary, grammar, comprehension and expression exercises. Some of these will be oral comprehension and expressions.
Can I stop and restart my training (for example, while on vacation)?
You may stop your program if you would like, meaning you will not connect to the program during a certain amount of time. That being said, your subscription will not stop throughout this lapse of time.
